Live Piano Events

The deposit is non-refundable and secures your event date on our calendar.

Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the event will not incur additional charges beyond the deposit.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may be subject to up to 50% of the remaining balance due to scheduling impact.

In the unlikely event that Hidden Harvest Music Co. must cancel due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances, all payments received will be fully refunded.
